Trailblazer, author, culinary historian, and Chinatown activist Grace Young will be honored and presented with the 8th annual Julia Child Award for her work preserving, sharing and celebrating her ancestral culinary traditions. Chef and CSAH co-founder Tim Ma will be cooking at the event.
